Meet the JD20 — a full-suspension fat-tyre electric bike built for riders seeking comfort, versatility and adventure-ready performance.

Its aluminium-alloy frame, 20-inch fat tyres, hydraulic disc brakes and front-and-rear suspension provide a stable and comfortable riding experience across changing surfaces. A flat handlebar offers confident control, while the seven-speed drivetrain gives riders greater flexibility during everyday journeys and recreational rides.

The JD20 is powered by a 48V 18Ah battery and offers up to 60 km of estimated range. Its rear-hub motor can deliver up to 1,500W in unrestricted mode, with speeds of approximately 60 km/h for private-property use only. A restricted 250W setting with a 25 km/h assistance limit is also available; however, permitted use on public roads depends on the certified configuration and applicable local regulations.

Local pickup is available in Sydney by appointment. Delivery is also available within Sydney, with delivery fees and estimated time calculated according to your location.

Warranty & Support

All QuickRider Urban e-bikes include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or damage caused by improper maintenance.

To request support, contact QuickRider with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will assess the claim and explain the available next steps.

If your e-bike is faulty, arrives damaged, is not as described or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact QuickRider with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may assess the e-bike before providing a remedy.

Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
