Meet the V20 Pro — a bold, comfort-focused electric bike designed for riders who want confident performance, a relaxed riding position and unmistakable style.
Its long moped-inspired seat, wide 20 × 4.0-inch fat tyres, alloy wheels and front-and-rear suspension create a stable and comfortable riding experience. Powered by a 48V 18.2Ah battery, the V20 Pro offers up to 50 km of estimated range, making it suitable for everyday journeys and longer recreational rides.
The 750W rated motor can deliver up to 1200W of peak power, while motor assistance is limited to 25 km/h. A configurable 250W power-limiting mode is also fitted; however, permitted use on public roads and paths depends on the complete configuration, certification and applicable local regulations.

Shipping & Pickup
Local pickup is available in Sydney by appointment. Delivery is also available within Sydney, with delivery fees and estimated time calculated according to your location.
Once your e-bike is ready, we’ll contact you to arrange collection or delivery.
Warranty & Support
All QuickRider Urban e-bikes include a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, neglect, unauthorised modifications or damage caused by improper maintenance.
To request support, contact QuickRider with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We will assess the claim and explain the available next steps.
This warranty is provided in addition to any rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Returns & Refunds
Please choose your model and colour carefully. QuickRider does not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
If your e-bike is faulty, arrives damaged, is not as described or does not meet the consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law, please contact QuickRider with your proof of purchase and details of the issue. We may assess the e-bike before providing a remedy.
Depending on the nature of the issue, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.
